MANLY PROJECT 1
To create a light, airy family home sympathetic to the exisiting architecture with the addition of a first floor. The whole house was to be fully rennovated and re-modelled whilst keeping some of the heritage features such as traditonal cornicing, timber fretwork and fireplaces. The upstairs needed to include 3 bedrooms (one with an ensuite), a family bathroom, a linen cupboard, and high cathedral ceilings. The ground floor needed guest accomodation, another bathroom and a large open plan kitchen/living/dining area flowing onto a back entertaining deck. Another must was a large butlers pantry.

Thank you to the team at MJK for making the building process such a lovely experience. You hear so many building horror stories but our experience couldn’t have been further from that! The whole team were great to deal with from start to finish. I was really impressed with their attention to detail. Matt has an honest and reliable approach which makes me confident in recommending him and his team to anyone who is looking to renovate or build. Thank you again.
